Descriptive Text about Place and Family

Hello my friends ! welcome to my blog, Asfia’s world. In this occasion, I would like to give you 2 examples about descriptive text. They are place and family. enjoy it ! 🙂

WONOSOBO

          Wonosobo is one of regencies in Central Jawa. Wonosobo has many mountains and mounts. It surrounded 2 mounts. They are mount Sumbing and Sindoro. Wonosobo also has many mountains, such us Sikunir, Prau, Pakuwojo and others. So that, it has beautiful scenery. Most of people visited Wonosobo to see beautiful sunrise and sunset from them. Each of the mountains have nickname, such us Sikunir has nickname “golden sunrise”, Mountain Prau has nickname “bukit teletubies “ because it has many hills like in Teletubies movie.

          Most of People in Wonosobo work as farmer. They usually plant vegetables, tea and snuff. If you visit wonosobo, you will find many vegetables growing along the street, like potatoes, cabbage,snuff and others. Wonosobo has fresh and cold air, so you must prepare jacket or gloves if you go there. Wonosobo also has many tourist object. They are telaga warna, dieng theater, kawah sikidang, temples, curug winong, lubang sewu, sikarim waterfall and etc. Beside they have cheap cost, they serve interesting place and beautiful view. You’ll feel satisfied after you go there.

          In addition, Wonosobo has uniqe tradition. You’ll find “Bajang” or “children who have dreads” in Dieng. It’s only in Dieng and you won’t find in other region. So that, it has been unique phenomenon. However, according to trust traditional, their hair should shave. Thus, they hold Ruwatan. Ruwatan has been popular recently. And many people of other region visit to Dieng to see that event. Wonosobo also has traditional consolation. It is lengger and embleg dance.

          Beside that, Wonosobo has typical food. They are carica, mie ongklok and tempe kemul. They have delicious taste. You’ll find them easily. You can buy them as souvenir for your family.

          That’s all about Wonosobo. If you want to see all about Wonosobo’s culture you can come to Dieng Festival. You can see all of them and many typical food from Wonosobo. You won’t be regret. Don’t miss it ! 🙂

My Beloved Family

           My family has four members. They are my father, my mother, my brother and me. I want to introduce my family. Beginning from my mother, she is like other mom. Loving, caring and concerned yet when she is angry, you will definitely know. She loves to cook delicious dishes for us. She is the anchor of our house and she is definitely the driving force our family.

         My father is the concerstone of  our family. He is rigid yet flexible. He is responsible for all the discipline in our house.  His job is a farmer. He works in the garden to fulfill our necessary. But, sometimes i feel very pity to him because he always works hard and i think he is very exhausted. However, he is a responsible father and he always be my inspiration.

       My brother is a good person. He always accompanies me to look for something that it is too far from my house. He has worked as a mechanic, so he has money by himself. Sometimes, he gives me money if i don’t have money. He has fierce face, so most of my friend feel afraid with him. However, he is good brother for me.

       My family just a little family. But, we always harmonious everyday. If there is a problem, we always find the solution and discuss it. My parents educate their children firmly. Because they want their children become good person and in future can be success people. You know, i and my brother always obedient with our parents. We never refute them. Because we believe that their advice always correct for us.

     Now, I am far from them. I always miss them everytime. Although my family’s economic is middle, but we always happy and never complain. I love my family and we love each other. Because with my family, I always find the true love and happiness.
