The First Year of International Class
For most Indonesian universities, having world class university as a global aspiration has apparently become their framework. Their goal to be top 100 universities in global world strives their development program.
To meet the aspiration, Universitas Negeri Semarang, one of universities which have relevant framework, builds an international curriculum for students. As one of its department, Department of Early Childhood Teacher Education (PG PAUD), offers an international class for new students. After some recruitment test, 30 of 104 have been selected as member of its. All of students and teachers are very enthusiastic and challenged to this program.
The learning process will be approached by student centered learning. An English language will be used in all learning process including tasks and papers (including final paper) are also written in English.
